*JNU goes paperless PhDs, bye to physical thesis & hello to online viva-voce* New Delhi: It is a good news for PhD scholars or MPhil students in Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), India’s Top Ranked university. The university introduces a host of measures for the process of evaluation of MPhil dissertation/PhD thesis. Hence, JNU goes for paperless mode for PhD. As per new changes introduced by JNU, MPhil students or PhD scholars can submit their dissertation or thesis via email as PDF documents and get the work evaluated in a time-bound manner. Even viva-voce will be conducted online. Further, no permission for holding viva-voce will be required where the viva-voce is proposed to held online.
